HOST LEVELS

Evening Receptions (3)

The receptions are prominent, high visibility events that are scheduled after Program Keynotes. Each brings together 700 to 1,000 participants. Reception invitation cards will be distributed to all Program participants.


Cost: US$90,000 each
  1. Your company name, brief company description and logo will be listed in the final Program brochure of which 5,000 copies are distributed.
  2. Your company name, brief company description and logo will be listed on the Program of Seminars website.
  3. Your company will receive the advance attendee registration list, mailed 6 weeks before the Program.
  4. Your company will receive a list of the attendees at your hosted event.
  5. Your company name will be acknowledged as a host of the event on the Program of Seminars website.
  6. Your company will have a hot-link to the Program of Seminars website.
  7. Your company logo will be displayed on table-tent cards at the reception.
  8. Your company will receive four complimentary tickets to attend the four-day Program. Individuals will be obliged to complete advance registration and be cleared for the Annual Meetings participation. Each ticket is worth over US$1500.
  9. Your company will have priority seating at the keynote session preceding the hosted reception and the moderator will be requested to invite participants to the reception that follows acknowledging your company as host.
  10. Your company representatives at the event may identify themselves to participants through name badges provided by the Program of Seminars. A limited number of reception-only passes will enable your company to invite a larger group of its guests to the reception.
  11. Cooperative mailing to your clients and prospects (you supply the list) identifying you as a host and encouraging their attendance.
  12. Private reception for Hosts.
  13. Subject to the review of the Program of Seminars Office, your company may make brief descriptive material available to participants during the hosted event.
Program Breakfasts & Luncheons (4)

The luncheons will have themes related to the seminars that they follow or precede. Attendance varies from 400 to 600.

Cost: US$50,000 each
  1. Your company name, brief company description and logo will be listed in the final Program brochure of which 5,000 copies are distributed.
  2. Your company name, brief company description and logo will be listed on the Program of Seminars website.
  3. Your company will receive the advance attendee registration list, mailed 6 weeks before the Program.
  4. Your company will receive a list of the attendees at your hosted event.
  5. Your company will be acknowledged as a host of an event on the Program of Seminars website.
  6. Your company will have a hot-link to the Program of Seminars website.
  7. Your company logo will be displayed on table-tent cards on the luncheon tables.
  8. Your company will receive two complimentary tickets to attend the four-day Program. Individuals will be obliged to complete advance registration and be cleared for the Annual Meetings participation. Each is worth US$1500.
  9. Your company will receive reserved seating at the luncheon. The moderator of the session will be requested to acknowledging your company as host of the luncheon.
  10. Your company representatives at the event may identify themselves to participants through name badges that will be provided by the Program of Seminars.
  11. Private reception for Hosts.
  12. Cooperative mailing to your clients and prospects (you supply the list) identifying you as a host and encouraging their attendance.

Coffee/tea Breaks (6)

These breaks will provide an opportunity for informal interaction and follow-up among participants following selected seminars.  Coffees/teas after keynote sessions will be more expensive as attendance is higher.

Cost: US$10,000-20,000 each
  1. Your company name, brief company description and logo will be listed in the final Program brochure of which 5,000 copies are distributed.
  2. Your company will be acknowledged as a host of an event on the Program of Seminars website.
  3. Your company will have a hot-link to the Program of Seminars website.
  4. Your company name, brief company description and logo will be listed on the Program of Seminars website.
  5. Your company will receive the advance attendee registration list, mailed 6 weeks before the Program.
  6. Your company logo will be displayed in the area of the coffee/tea service.
  7. Your company representatives at the event may identify themselves to participants through name badges that will be provided by the Program of Seminars.

Keynote Hosts

Keynote addresses are always renown, notable people, making the keynote high visibility, prominent events.

US$60,000-85,00

  2. Your company name will be acknowledged as a host of the event on the Program of Seminars website.
  3. Your company will have a hot-link to the Program of Seminars website.
  4. Your company name, brief company description and logo will be listed on the Program of Seminars website.
  5. Your company will receive the advance attendee registration list, mailed 6 weeks before the Program.
