Frumusani is a small town outside of Bucharest, Romania that is home to more than 1700 Roma, who – like Roma around the world – live in difficult conditions and often face discrimination. The World Bank Group is working with Roma throughout Europe. On May 10, 2013 World Bank Group President Jim Jong Kim visited Frumusani and met with many of its residents.
