A 360 degree look at Dominica Post Hurricane Maria


Take a look at some 360 degree photos taken in Dominica during the post hurricane assessment to better understand the extent of the damages after the storm ripped through the small Caribbean nation on September.

Total damages and losses are estimated at US$ 1.3 billion or 224% of GDP. The rainforest was destroyed, having a severe impact on Dominica as the “Nature island” tourist destination. The greatest damages are in housing (38%) and losses in tourism represent 19%.
