July 13, 2016World Bank Group Singapore Office

Every city has pockets of underused and underutilized land or distressed and decaying urban areas, usually the result of changes in urban growth and production.

On the margins of the World Cities Summit in Singapore, the World Bank and the Public Private Infrastructure Advisory Facility (PPIAF) will launch a flagship report on urban regeneration, taking a look at lessons and results from eight urban regeneration projects from around the world.

Press are invited to the launch of the Regenerating Urban Land: A Practitioner’s Guide to Leveraging Private Investment report, which also offers an online toolkit for city managers and planning officials, providing the necessary steps and a variety of options for conceiving and implementing an urban regeneration project.
