More than 100 companies participated in IFI business outreach seminars in Spain last December. PSLO Isidre Sala, based at ACCIO in Barcelona, organized a seminar on business opportunities in Africa with representatives from the World Bank Group (WB, IFC), EU and African business organizations. In Tenerife, PSLO Pedro Machado, based at the Chamber of Commerce of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, brought together speakers from the World Bank and Inter-American Development Bank to present business opportunities in infrastructure projects in Africa and Latin America.
