Launch of the World Bank Global Economic Prospects Report 2015

The Global Economic Prospects is a flagship report of the World Bank, published semiannually. The report presents the status of global economy and its outlook for the following years. A launch of this year’s report is being held at the National Bank of Poland, Warsaw on January 21, 2015.

The Global Economic Prospects is a flagship report of the World Bank, published semiannually. The report presents the status of global economy and its outlook for the following years. This year’s report focuses also on following issues:

  • ensuring fiscal space and appropriate use thereof,
  • price volatility on crude oil market and its impact on global economy,
  • reasons for global slowdown in foreign trade,
  • workers’ remittances impact on stability of consumption.

The National Bank of Poland and the World Bank are hosting the launch of World Bank Global Economic Prospects report in Poland on January 21, 2015.
