High Level Workshop on Drought Policies

This high level workshop will follow up on the results and recommendations of the High Level Meeting on National Drought Policies, which took place in Geneva in 2013, and on the preparation of National Drought Policies, in Brazil and other countries.

Themes to be discussed include “Drought Monitoring, Early Warning Systems, Impact Assessment, Drought Relief and Reduction of Vulnerability to Droughts”.

This high level event will take place in the last day of the Adaptation Futures Conference (http://adaptationfutures2014.ccst.inpe.br/).
