On balance, emphasizing quality for a small number of trainees, this proved to be the right choice. Overall, given the challenges that LCCNR faced in training Timorese, the program proved very successful in its training work. Its adaptability to changing contexts, its decision to produce and distribute a training manual, and its success at enhancing the capacities of Timorese officials with LCCNR, were all direct contributors to its overall success. Show Less -
