Due to the relative homogeneity of the projects, as well as the need to have undertaken special post-evaluation reviews to assess the current situation of these plants, this report starts with a brief review of sectoral issues and summary descriptions of project characteristics and of recent production performance. This is followed by analyses of the main issues affecting sustainability of flows of benefits. The final chapter presents the main conclusions and the lessons learned appropriate for future project design for both project sponsors and the Bank. Show Less -
