Oliver is currently the Program Leader covering agriculture, energy, extractives, transport, ICT, urban development, social development and Natural Resources Management in Peru, but also Bolivia, Chile, Ecuador and Venezuela.
Expertise: International Development, Public Policy Analysis and Natural Resources Management (main focus on, but not limited to forestry, agriculture, transport and energy). Significant field experience in the design of development projects with diverse objectives and Bank wide recognized technical expertise in several cross cutting disciplines. Vast experience working directly with representatives from Governments, international agencies and donors, NGOs and the private sector; based on the excellent knowledge of the Bank’s and GEF processes and procedures. A proven track record in implementing both complex operational and analytical tasks and in working across the WBG, as well as leading large teams.
