Diann Dodd Martin is Director of the Treasury Operations Department (TRO) for the World Bank. Ms. Martin’s responsibilities are to oversee the full range of support functions for Treasury’s funding and asset management (including pension) activities, including confirmation settlement and clearing of transactions, accounting and reporting, portfolio valuation, collateral management for Treasury’s extensive activities in the derivatives market, and management of custody relationships. Her team is also responsible for establishing and maintaining all commercial banking relationships and affecting all cash flows bank‐wide.
Ms. Martin joined the Bank’s Accounting Department in 1987 after 7 years at KPMG providing audit and attestation services, primarily to financial institutions. She has held various managerial positions in the Bank’s Accounting and Treasury areas, and has experience in front, middle, and trade support functions.
Ms. Martin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in Accounting from the College of William and Mary and is a Certified Public Accountant. She has also attended the Wharton School’s Advanced Management Program.
