Artan Guxho is a Senior Infrastructure Specialist at the World Bank Country Office in Tirana from 1999.
Prior to joining the World Bank, Mr. Guxho was director of Project Management Unit financed by European Union (EU Phare/Cross Border), in the Ministry of Transports. His previous experience is about construction, maintanance and supervision of roads as well as managing the Albanian national road system holding positions in different entities such as the Road Maintanance Enterprise, the Road and Bridge Enterprise, ItalStrade Company and Roads General Directorate.
His key qualifications are in transport management, mainly roads management; policy, legislation and modeling of transport and infrastructure systems. Artan Guxho holds a master in roads engineering. He is specialised in prioritisation, modeling and managment/maintanance of infrastructure investments.
