Every two to three years, the World Bank designs a work plan to guide its operations in a client country.  This work plan is called “Country Assistance Strategy” or “CAS”. The Bank’s Belarus Team is currently designing a new CAS for the country and is asking for feedback from its citizens.  This web site contains information on how you can contribute in the design of the new World Bank CAS for Belarus.
