Working in partnership with ministries of education and its sister program WorLD Links for Development (WorLD), DEP offers professional development courses on a selective basis for teachers and curriculum development centers. These courses, Integrating Sustainable Development and Technology into the Classroom and Integrating Sustainable Development into the Curriculum use a combination of media including video conference, Internet, email, and face-to-face instruction to help education practitioners integrate the concepts of sustainable development to the mainstream curriculum they are already teaching.
