| Steven Forsythe, now at the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine and
formerly with USAID's AIDSCAP project has generously agreed to moderate this conference.
He is particularly well suited to this task both with his background in health
economics and because he founded and chaired the original "AIDS and Economics Network
(AEN)".
