Thanks for including me in this Forum. Sorry I came in late. The format is user-friendly and the content is interesting, diverse, and highly professional. I have a concern about 'closed' forums. I recognize that early on in a discussion it is best to keep membership limited. We do it verbally all the time. It keeps out the dead-end ideas. But now will these Forum discussions be made public? With the permission of the participants, of course. Web access has just been introduced to Vietnam. It costs about 3 US cents a minute. I can afford it, but many people here can't. And I pay for all long imported email messages, so receiving each and every message starts to get expensive. More Forums? Cost effectiveness of other prevention activities is a good idea.
