USAID joins The World Bank and UNAIDS in welcoming participants to this exciting and important forum of exchange on the critical issues surrounding HIV and economics. The AIDS and Economics Network (AEN), a network of economists and public health professionals interested in the intersection of HIV and economics, will continue to promote the exhange of ideas discussed in these on-line discussions.

On May 12 the AIDS and Economics Network will be holding its first set of meetings to discuss the issues surrounding the cost-effectivenss of ARV Therapies. The Futures Group, through its Policy Project, will be the organizing entity for these discussions and specific details on this meeting will follow in the upcoming days.

Once again, thank you for participating in this important discussion of issues.
